Request authorization to enter NPBL right of way and property — for survey, geotechnical work, inspections, environmental investigations, construction access and similar activities.
Before you start. A non-refundable ROE review fee of $1,500 (payable to DesMarais Consulting LLC) applies once your application is accepted for review. Submission of this application does not guarantee project acceptance or convey any right to enter NPBL property. No entry or construction activity — including staging of material or equipment — may occur until a Right-of-Entry agreement is issued by NPBL, all requirements are met, and fees are paid in full.
What happens next. Your completed application is sent to DesMarais Consulting (who administers NPBL applications) and you receive a PDF copy. You’ll be advised of any additional information needed, typically within one week. The typed signature below is your electronic acknowledgment; the binding agreement is executed (printed and signed) separately once issued.
